Hope Florida Foundation Grants
The Hope Florida Foundation, Inc. offers a rolling grant cycle to support organizations advancing its mission: strengthening communities by supporting local organizations best equipped to address the needs of Floridians. By connecting private-sector generosity with local solutions, the Foundation empowers nonprofits to deliver help and hope where it is needed most.
Organizations seeking funding for programs or initiatives that align with this mission may be eligible for grant opportunities. Priority is given to efforts that demonstrate a clear understanding of community needs and a commitment to creating a meaningful impact.
Grant Proposals
Grant proposals must include:
- A brief statement of need, including the community served by your organization.
- Clear goals and objectives for the proposed initiative.
- A description of your methodology, activities, and timeline to execute the initiative.
- A budget or specific funding request amount.
- A summary of how outcomes and impact will be measured.
Submission Instructions
To submit a grant proposal for consideration, submit your materials via email to info@hopefloridafoundation.com with the subject line: Hope Florida Foundation Grant Proposal. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis and evaluated, subject to available funding.
